1. The installation fee is not considered an advance payment, membership fee, or refundable deposit. It is a one-time payment or a 5-installment period that covers the cost of installing the internet service. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.  The installation fee is separate from any recurring subscription or service fees that may apply after installation.

2.  The modem provided remains the sole property of the Company. The client agrees to use the modem only to access the Internet and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The client shall not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer ownership of the modem. Upon termination of the Internet service or if the client violates terms and conditions, the client agrees to return the modem to ALWIS in good condition.

3.  The client agrees to pay a monthly recurring fee for the corresponding plan or subscription chosen by the client. This fee is due and payable on the day of each month when the installation takes place. The client may upgrade or downgrade their plan or subscription at any time. Changes in the monthly recurring fee for the plan or subscription will take effect on the next billing cycle.

4.  The client has a grace period of five (5) days to make the payment. If the payment is not received within the grace period, ALWIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the internet service without notice.

5.  If the internet service is suspended due to non-payment,  any outstanding balance must be paid in full before service is reinstated.
